This Membership Policy sets out the terms that apply when users subscribe to any plan provided by SoftWizzard, the trading name of SILVERANGEL LTD, Company No. 16074116. By signing up, creating an account, or accessing the platform, you agree to the terms of this policy.

1. Eligibility and Sign-Up

Membership is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old and based in the United Kingdom. To become a member, a user must create an account, choose a membership plan (monthly or annual), and agree to the company’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. Membership Plans

SoftWizzard offers monthly and annual membership plans. Annual plans include two free months. All memberships renew automatically unless cancelled by the user prior to the end of the billing period. Members can upgrade or downgrade their plan at any time during the subscription period. Refunds are not available once a plan becomes active, though new users are eligible for a 7-day money-back guarantee on first-time sign-ups.

3. Membership Benefits

Depending on the selected plan, members receive full access to platform features, tutorials, and customer support. Some plans include discounted or complimentary done-for-you setup services.

4. Duration and Renewal

Monthly memberships renew every 30 days, and annual memberships renew every 12 months. Cancellation can be done at any time through the platform or by contacting support. Once cancelled, the membership remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.

5. Member Conduct

Each account is for individual business use and must not be shared. Members are responsible for all activity conducted under their login. Misuse, abuse, or violation of any company policy may result in account termination without refund, at the discretion of SoftWizzard.

6. Amendments to Membership Terms

SoftWizzard may update membership pricing, features, or terms at any time with reasonable notice. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made signifies acceptance of the updated terms.

7. Pricing and Additional Costs

SoftWizzard offers the following standard membership pricing:

- Starter Plan: £149 per month or £1490 annually

- Standard AI Plan: £349 per month or £3490 annually

- All-in-One AI Plan: £599 per month or £5990 annually
